Goldwin has developed items such as the next-generation hood with improved foreign matter drop prevention functions without losing comfort, a new shield that prevents the lens from fogging up with a new concept, and new double-lens goggles that reduce the difference in temperature between the inside and outside of the lens to prevent the lens from fogging up. Foreign matter mixed into pharmaceutical products include substances from the human body or clothing such as skin hairs, skin, and lint. Goldwin, who has achieved advanced foreign matter contamination prevention function by enhancing the dust prevention functional property of clothing, proposes the use of a hood and shield to improve comfort further in addition to added dust resistance.

Reviewing the shield retention method and hood design enabled mounting and dismounting the shield easier than conventional products. In addition, we have also achieved an increase in comfort by considering heat and breath flow in the design and changing the material of the hem area to mesh fabric in order to take into account measures to address high temperatures.

The transparent film resists fogging up and ensures good visibility and comfortable workability.
Using mesh fabric for the mouth area and back portions of the ears improved breathability significantly. A good balance between the reduction in weight and measures to reduce high temperatures is achieved.

Highly breathable material supports comfortable work.
This material has a taffta fabric (simple and plain fabric) structure to emphasize breathability. It consists of polyester filament yarns, and conductive threads are used for the 4.5 mm pitch area.
 Comfort Material Shamilan
The crispness and hempen touch of Shamilan increases the cooling effect.
The twist technique of the special polyester yarn ensures breathability and the quick-drying property. It reduces unpleasant humidity and the sticky feeling due to sweating and controls the moisture inside the clothing.

  • This product works on the same principle as the bullet train or airplane windows. Creating the insulating layer of air between the two lenses reduces the difference in temperature between the inside and outside the lenses and prevents the lenses from fogging up.
